HOW TO SELL SHARES
How do I sell shares?
You may redeem all or a portion of your shares on any business day
that the Funds are open for business prior to 4:00 p.m. Eastern time
(1:00 p.m., Pacific time). Your shares will be redeemed at the net asset
value next calculated after we have received your redemption request
in good form. Remember that we may hold redemption proceeds until
we are satisfied that we have collected any funds deposited by
check. To avoid these possible delays (up to 15 days) you should
consider making your investment by wire, following the instructions
as provided in the prospectus.
If you have not selected telephone redemption or transfer privileges,
you must send a "signature guaranteed letter of instruction" specifying:
Name of the Fund
Number of shares to be sold
Your name
Your account number
Please send the letter to our offices. If you have additional questions,
please contact us at (800) 225-8778.
The Custodian requires that signature(s) be guaranteed by an eligible
signature guarantor such as a commercial bank, broker-dealer, credit
union, securities exchange or association, clearing agency or savings
association. This policy is designed to protect shareholders and
their accounts.
Do you offer a Systematic Withdrawal Plan?
If you own shares of a Fund with a value of $10,000 or more, you
may establish a Systematic Withdrawal Plan. You may receive monthly
or quarterly payments in amounts of not less than $100 per payment.
Details of this plan may be obtained by calling (800) 225-8778.

A free checkbook is available to shareholders of our Bond and Money
Market Funds. Checks are subject to a $500 minimum amount. To obtain
your free checkbook, mark the box located under "Check Redemption
Privileges" in Section 4 of the application.
If you already have a Bond or Money Market account, please call
the (800) 225-8778

on all types of accounts, including the Equity Funds, so please
call (800) 225-8778 if you have any questions.

opening your account. If you don’t currently have this feature,
you may add it by providing a Signature Guaranteed Letter of Authorization
accompanied by a voided check from your banking institution. We
will notify you once the wire feature is active. Once activated,
you can make wire redemptions at any time by calling (800) 225-8778
before 4:00 p.m. Eastern time(1:00 p.m., Pacific time) and the funds will
be wired to your bank the next business day. Your bank may have
limitations on when the funds will be available in your account.

ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE
How do I change the registration on my account?
To change your account registration, simply complete the Account
Registration Change Form. (Please note: ALL parties registered
on the account must sign and have their signatures guaranteed by
their
banking institution for this request to be completed). Please call
(800) 225-8778 for assistance.
Why did I receive a Form 1099?
You received an IRS form 1099 because your investments generated
dividends, interest, and/or capital gains that needed to be reported
to the IRS. For additional information, please contact us at (800)
225-8778.
How do I close my account?
Please contact us at (800) 225-8778 for information on closing your
account.
When are dividends / capital gains paid?
Dividends for the Equity Funds are typically paid on a quarterly
basis and dividends for Bond Funds are typically paid on a monthly
basis. Dividends that are realized are paid on the last business
day of the month. Capital gains (if realized) are typically paid
once a year on the last business day in November.
How do I change the address on my account?
For security reasons, a change of address request must be made in
writing and signed by ALL parties registered on the account. You
may download a Change of Address Form or simply send us a letter
referencing both the old address, as well as account numbers(s)
and the new address. Again, please be sure ALL registered parties
for
the
account
sign
the
form or
letter.
A confirmation of your change of address will be sent to the original
address of record as well as the new address of record. Once the
paperwork has been received it can take 2-5 business days for the
new address to become effective in our system. For additional information,
please contact us at (800) 225-8778.
What is a Signature Guarantee? Where do I get one?
A Signature Guarantee (also known as a Bank Guarantee or Medallion
Guarantee) is issued by a bank and protects the Funds and its shareholders
against fraud. The issuing institution is guaranteeing the funds
in the account.
A notarized document and a Signature Guarantee are NOT the same.
A Signature Guarantee may typically be obtained from your banking
institution. For additional information on Signature Guarantees and
when one is required, please contact us at (800) 225-8778.
When is a Signature Guarantee required?
Signature Guarantees are required on change of registration forms,
when providing new banking instructions, written authorization
for sales, checks issued to third parties, or when checks are being
mailed to an address other than the address of record. Please be
sure that ALL registered parties for the account sign the form
or letter and that each party has their “signature guaranteed".
How
do I get my cost basis?
Cost basis statements are mailed annually after the calendar year
end. Cost basis may not be available on all accounts, due to length of ownership and/or changes in registration. You may also call us at (800) 225-8778 for this information.
How often do I receive statements?
Equity Fund statements are mailed out on a quarterly basis and Bond
and Money Market Fund statements are mailed out on a monthly basis.
How do I handle the resignation of a trustee?
How do I change the registration of an account due to a death of
